Our Approach

We do not over-report. Our inspectors use the current edition of BS 7671 as the benchmark for assessment and report factually on what they find. We do not code items to generate additional remedial work, and we do not apply codes that are not supported by the inspection findings.

Where remedial works are required following an unsatisfactory EICR, we provide a clear quotation based on the specific findings in the report. Remedial works are priced separately from the inspection.
